Round structure

Each round runs all eight movements for 30 seconds. Rest is fixed between rounds so results stay comparable across squads and seasons.

Advancement

Move a player up a tier once their score holds in the High band across two consecutive assessments at the current round count.

Equipment

Floor space and a timer. Video recording is optional but recommended for form review and playback coaching.
